I’ve got back from my Xmas holidays, seeing my family and being tired out by my little nephew and nieces over the last few days. My hearing is almost back to normal again and I’m ready to crack on.
Like many of you, I am already thinking about 2009, the year ahead and what I want to accomplish in it, where I want to take my business to, how I want to make an impact on more peoples lives. Once I get tomorrows fun and games out of the way (last of the parties for the holiday season) I’ll be getting down to basics again and getting down on paper what I want to get achieved this year.
You see, many people have an idea about what they want to achieve but the strongest affirmation of this is to write these goals down on paper, it makes it more realistic and manages to stay in your memory longer.
How many times have you set goals at the start of a year and forgot about them by February or March or April? Better still, how many of you can actually say that you took to these goals for the next 12 months and how many did you achieve?
The next step is to have some form of system in place that takes you through at least 1 of your goals on a daily basis. No matter how big the goal is, there is always a task that can be done that can take you closer to the goal.
I use this type of goal achievement program in my own life and that of my clients for their health and fitness.
The full program can be found here, The Magic 100, written by my friend and mentor Dax Moy and used by hundreds of thousands now around the world with great success.
The beauty of this program for me is that it also looks and other areas of your life that are important, your education, your family and friends, your career and adventure as well as your health.
I’ve had great satisfaction from the feedback from personal clients and the positive benefits they have taken fro this program and the way that myself and the program have inspired them so it gives me great satisfaction at this time of year when lots of people are looking for that mentor or coach to be able to recommend this achievement program.
You will not regret it one bit.
