Back to basics with bodyweight only exercises!
Following a new format, you will perform each set of 2 exercises for a total of 5 minutes and perform as many sets as possible in that time, have 1 minute off and go again on the next pair of exercises. 4 sets later…job done, a great increase in your metabolism and time to spare.
A1 Basic Squats - 10 reps
A2 Side to Side Push Ups - 10 reps
B1 Step Out lunge - Alternating -12 reps total
B2 Spiderman Crawl - 12 reps total
C1 Hip Splits - 15 reps
C2 Alternating jacknife rotations - 10 reps total
D1 Jumping Claps- 10 reps
D2 Boxed Aquamans - 10 reps each side
