Excellent Weight Loss

First off, my apologies for not updating sooner. I have been having almighty issues with my computer over the last few days that has stopped me working and also meant I have been undertaking some demolition work of the house in frustration.

This is actually a new computer so you can imagine how frustrating it gets when you pay good money out and you don’t get the service you want out of it.

One paricular issue I had was the support I was then given over this period.

Once I was in a position to proceed with unamed manufacturers technical support, I was told they would ring me back in 2-3 hours to talk me through resolution.

You can imagine my frustration!

Boy, did they get an earful….and this is where I get to my point for the day (There had to be one!)

When you are in a position of service, you should be providing EXCELLENCE

What is Excellence?

Simply to surpass your own standards of what you have done previous.

This might mean some comparison to what others have done but to be truly excellent you must decide what your own values are and how you will live to fulfill those values.

This also applies to your health and fitness.

I hear many people talk about what there goals are, what they are trying to achieve but not living the excellent type of lifestyle that will bring these rewards.

What do I mean?

Okay, my goal is to lose 10lbs because I know that by losing that weight I will look and feel great.

I will look and feel what I imagine the excellent me would look like.

Now…what excellent type of things would I have to do in order to make those things happen?

Exercise 3 times a week

Prepare healthy meals

Sleep 7-8 hours a night

Keep a food journal

etc etc.

That’s specific to your goals but go a step further.

How would this excellent person live their life?

I would they work, live?

How would they dress?

How would they behave?

How would they communicate?

Bottom line

 

It starts with you and how you see yourself.

If you want to be truly successful in your weight loss, then not only look at what you have to do in that section of your life but also others and make it a truly successful journey!

See how you can surpass your previous standards and you will soon see that you have the tools to drive you forward.
