20 minute workout

First of the 20 minute workouts that will have you breathing harder than working out for an hour and magic fat off you.

Perform these exercises in supersets. E.G Perform A1 and A2 together, B1 and B2 together etc

Perform each exercise for 20 seconds with good form and at speed. Work as hard as you can for those 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds and perfrom 2nd exercise for 20 seconds

Do 4 rounds for a total of 4 minutes

Here we go, bodyweight only…

A1 Squats

A2 Push Ups or variation of

 

B1 Lying Hip Extension

B2 Spiderman lunge

 

C1 Wall Drill

C2 Reverse Lunges

D1 Jacknife to alternate rotation

D2 Mountain Climbers

E1 Plank

E2 Jumping Jacks

Rest 1 minute between each superset for a total of 24 minutes start to end

That can fit into anyone’s Xmas timetable
