Not for me but I heard another friend talking about their first Xmas party was last Friday!
So it’s the time for silly season to start and go to all those smas parties this coming month at work, with friends, at clubs and probably culminating with family do’s at the end of December
This is a dreaded time for many, I’ve already got questions asking what to do while this is taking place as for one, it totally throws out peoples regular training plans for the next few weeks.
You just get into a way of things, setting your diary up as to when you are going to exercise at home or in the gym and what happens….you’re out again that night.
You’re worried about putting a few pounds on again that you’ve worked damm hard to remove. The last thing you want is getting back on those scales and getting your waist measured in January and your progress has gone AWOL.
Do I paint a good picture?
Well, don’t worry. I won’t be. It is a time to enjoy yourself within reason and even then you can modify your exercise plan to accomodate a busy social calender.
One thing to do is just add a bit more exercise for each night out and balance it out that way.
The other is to add short workouts to your schedule that can be easily fitted in and burn xmas puds all day long.
Over the next few days I’m going to be adding some routines to the blog that are no more than 20 minutes in length but will have you breathing harder than your average routine.
They are still adaptable to all levels of ability and burn fat fast.
