Semi-Private Training (or Small Group Personal Training) is available to all those who have friends, relations or co-workers that they want to train with but still want all the results from having the coaching of a Personal Trainer.
To make sure that this is the case, sizes of groups can go from 2-4 but not any higher or we would not be able to offer the same standards of service and you would probably be more suited to health club type classes instead.
If however, you want all the benefits of Personal Training we have found Semi-Private Training to be a great method of getting results because...
It creates a small community that will both support and compete against one another. Sometimes it has to be seen to be believed and we've seen it to be a great source of fun and inspiration!
It is a more affordable way for many to get the expertise they need and be able to maintain that level of support over a longer period of time. The cost of this service ranges from just over £15 per client to £25.
This service works in the same way as 1-1 Personal Training by way of...
Nutrition Programs provided and food journals recorded for analysis.
Your appointment time which for the majority of sessions is undertaking the current training routines.
Ongoing program modifications to ensure you get the best results.
Remote support between appointments.
Goal Achievement Program.
In fact, the only component of 1-1 Personal Training that we cannot include is the Kinetic Chain Assessment as this can only be performed in a private session.
All these components are still done with only you in mind. Where necessary, programs within a semi-private environment will differ if they have to; the only difference is that you perform your programs together come our face to face time. This is still a very high level of service and not a turn up as you wish class with the same guarantee of results.
