•    Counting you through a number of reps and asking you for “one more”
•    Doing the same exercises on the same machines over and over again
•    Arranging to meet you same time next week, leaving you with little idea what to do between appointments

You won’t find this type of setup at The Body Planner where we take a more holistic approach to yourself and coach you all the way to your results by having a plan that has been designed for one person in mind, you and your lifestyle.

Every bit of detail from the initial consultation and assessment is created as a result of the circumstances that are unique to you and not what we have done with our previous clients.

At The Body Planner you can expect to experience Personal Training sessions that suit your current health and fitness levels using the M.A.G.I.C. system and the goals that you are gunning for.


Here is a taste of what you will cover as part of your coaching program...

 


We hit the ground running and undertake the first of your nutrition consultations that covers the Elimination Plan for the first 30 days to ensure an increase in energy and target the fat tissue while removing components from you food plan that have always stifled progress and performance. You will have your own nutrition plan, giving you advice on what to eat, when to eat and what not to eat and why.

You will undertake the Kinetic Chain Assessment that will take all the guesswork out of your new training and lifestyle routine.

You will have programs mapped out to perform outside training sessions as required by the frequency of your training sessions to ensure progress and variety as you move towards your goals. Your exercise program is there to provide a new challenge as existing programs become easy.


You will be coached through the goal achievement program and have unlimited support if you require more attention from time to time to answer queries and keep you on track.

And obviously your face to face appointments which will we weighted accordingly to your current requirements if you need more time with mindset or nutrition but for the most part will take you through a comprehensive workout which will also include specialist components where they fit into the system and ongoing needs (Corrective Exercise, Flexibility, and Recovery).


And finally ongoing remote support covering food and activity journals as well as any queries that require our immediate attention.


As you can see, we provide a detailed program which is one of the reasons why we can offer our guarantee, because our history shows people like you getting results when they follow our system and the methods incorporated that are specific to you. In fact we are one of a limited number of companies in the UK and across the world that offer such a guarantee when we are at the forefront of training techniques and assessments. No gym will offer you this.



1-1    Personal Training - £55 per hour (for a minimum of 6 sessions)


We also offer rates that range from  £40 to £45. These rates are provided as a reward to those that are committed to their goal and getting fantastic results by way of our Personal Training packages of 12 to 24 sessions respectively.


Rewards are also given to clients that sign up to our Direct Debit agreements for the ultimate commitment to getting results and changing their lifestyle forever. Details are provided on request based upon other aspects like the number of sessions per week.


Depending upon your starting point that includes factors such as training experience and current fitness we will help you come to a decision and advise on what training frequency you require to make sure that you get sufficient face to face time. This has become increasingly important to our new clients in the first weeks of the coaching program and we want to ensure you get all the face to face time you need as well as the remote support.
