Innovative training course for creating a lean, athletic body

At The Body Planner, our principle is to be able to use the most efficient methods out there to promote fat burning and rapid performance development with intense training routines that do not require hours per week. We want quick and efficient routines that the most time constrained individual and adapt to.
This goes for the equipment that we’ll use for ourselves and clients that produces exactly that sort of result.
The Outdoor Survival course is for groups of 4-5 people and is the ideal introduction into training effectively with these tools – kettlebells, sandbags, resistance bands and battling ropes.
Each course is 6 weeks long with one session per week providing you with detailed instruction on training with these tools and get a killer workout in the process.
Kettlebells are one of the ultimate training tools and while some of you may be becoming aware of them more recently because they are in vogue and used by many celebrities and professional athletes, they have been around for hundreds of years. They are a great training method for fat burning by working the whole body at once and provide resistance and cardiovascular training at the same time. You will learn how to effectively perform the major lifts like the Get-Up and Snatch and use them as part of your 6 week program.
Sandbag training like kettlebells can replace all traditional training tools that you find in a gym with great versatility to provide workouts that build a great physique and amazing endurance. Exercises are very functional and create tremendous core strength that both the housewife and rugby player at 2 ends of the spectrum will find a challenge and benefit from.
Band training is different to the 2 methods above but will do exactly the same thing. In one word bands are reactive because not only do you have the exert a force with the band to move it but you also then have to counteract the elasticity of the band as it tries to return to normal again. This builds great strength, power and speed, working your body through the whole range of motion.
Battling Ropes are the cardio tool for the 21st century making you feel like you have run sprint after sprint and getting all the metabolic benefits without the impact of running.
The end result is creating a workout like you will have never experienced before that will challenge the office work and athlete alike using killer tools in the fresh air.
