Assessments will take place throughout your journey commencing with the Kinetic Chain Assessment.

Unlike most assessments that take place in fitness clubs and by other personal trainers (if any), the kinetic chain assessment takes all the guesswork out of your program and will analyse how your body copes with both your daily routines and the demands that an activity regime will put on it.

This will ensure better progress towards your weight management and body shape goals whilst also building a structure for optimum health.

The Kinetic Chain Assessment will provide a detailed report with analysis and reccomendations for your program ahead starting with corrective exercise to eliminate pains and weaknesses, resulting in better posture and improved movement patterns with the ability to handle loads and perform better.

 

Other output from the assessment will include other reccomendation such as on flexibility programs and core exercise strengthening routines.

Further assessments will be chosen where appropriate and performed on a regular basis to ensure that you are always progressing towards your goals.
